Ingredients
175g (6 oz) of Be-Ro Shortcrust Pastry
Filling
50 g (2 oz) of Be-Ro Self Raising Flour
30ml (2 tbsp) raspberry jam
50g (2 oz) margarine
50g (2 oz) caster sugar
1 medium egg
Method
Step one
Heat oven to 200℃, 400℉, Gas Mark 6. Roll out pastry thinly and cut into rounds using a 7.5 cm (3 inch) cutter and line 15 patty tins.
Step two
Put a little jam in each pastry case.
Step three
Cream margarine and sugar, beat in egg and fold in flour.
Step four
Place a small spoonful of mixture in each pastry case.
Step five
Bake for about 20 minutes.
