Potato Scones

Ingredients
100g (4 oz) of Be-Ro Self Raising Flour
450g (1 lb) floury potatoes, peeled and cooked
2.5ml (½ tsp) salt
50g (2 oz) butter
Method
Step one
Mash potatoes, add salt and butter and flour to give a stiff mixture.
Step two
Turn out on to a floured surface, knead lightly and roll out to a thickness of 1 cm (½ inch).
Step three
Cut into squares and cook on a hot greased griddle for 4-5 minutes on each side. Serve hot.
